Emma Roberts says keep it short. “I used to have a complex about being short. Now I love that I’m 5’2,” she tells Shape magazine. “I’m strong, and that feels really good to me.” She’s also cut down on small talk. “I’ve learned to step away from electronics and be fully present. If I’m going out to eat with friends or my boyfriend, I leave my phone at home so that I’m not reaching for it.”
