Man shot to death in Bx.

A 27-YEAR-OLD man was shot to death in the Bronx early Saturday during an apparent robbery, cops said.

Angel Perez was shot in the back outside Junior High School 118 on E. 179th St. and Lafontaine Ave. in Tremont about 1 a.m., police said.

Medics rushed Perez, who lived around the corner from where he was shot, to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he died.

His girlfriend told police Perez was going to the corner store. When he left he had his two cell phones with him.

After hearing a shot, Perez’s girlfriend went to look for him and found him sprawled on the street. The two phones were missing, she told police.

No arrests have been made.
