Second-year receiver Sterling Shepard was excellent, catching 11 of 13 targets for 142 yards, including a diving one-handed lefthand grab, but didn’t want to hear about his own effort after the game.

“I’m just trying as much as I can,” Shepard said. “We didn’t come out with the win, so I’m not very happy about that.”
