Poppy Bush put paws on me, too

- Christopher Brennan

FORMER President George H. W. Bush has been accused by a woman of groping her when she was just 16 years old. Roslyn Corrigan, the daughter of a CIA employee based in Texas, told Time that the 41st President grabbed her behind when he visited her father’s office and took a photo with her family in November 2003. “As soon as the picture was being snapped on the one-twothree he dropped his hands from my waist down to my buttocks and gave it a nice, ripe squeeze, which would account for the fact that in the photograph my mouth is hanging wide open,” she said. Corrigan said she was 16 and “a child” at the time. She is the sixth woman to say she was groped by Bush (photo). His original statement about the incidents said his hands are near women’s bottoms because of the wheelchair he’s been in. He was standing for the 2003 photo. His spokesman Jim McGrath told Time that Bush “again apologizes to anyone he may have offended.”
