A BOMB THREAT forced the evacuation of a Bronx charter school Tuesday, just 12 days after a similar threat at the same place, officials said.

The Bronx Success Academy on E. 167th St. near Morris Ave. in Morrisania had to be emptied just before 10 a.m. Tuesday after getting a threat investigators believe may be from an expelled student, a school staff member said.

“They told me, ‘It’s the same situation as last time,’ ” the school source told the Daily News.

Students and staff were brought back into the school, and no one was allowed in or out for several hours as police searched the building.

The other threat was phoned in to the school on Nov. 2, a school source said.

“This student said that he or some other person was going to come by the school with a gun or some sort of weapon,” the staff member told the Daily News.

“Since there was a gunman warning, we all had to stay in the building for two or three hours.”

Kids were not informed about the exact nature of the threats, the school source said. “It gets the students frazzled,” he said.”
