Jen Hudson gives partner the boot

JENNIFER HUDSON and her longtime partner David Otunga are officially calling it quits after 10 years — and he’s going to have to keep a court-ordered distance.

Hudson, 36, was granted a protective order against Otunga, a former pro wrestler who is also the father of their 8-year-old son, after she claimed he was a risk to both of them.

The Oscar-winning actress, who has been battling Otunga for custody of their son, claimed he is “aggressive, threatening and harassing,” noting that she is “living in fear,” according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Police went to the couple’s Chicago-area house Thursday and removed Otunga from the Hudsonowned home.

In the order, Hudson detailed a Wednesday attack during which Otunga allegedly grabbed and pushed her. He denied the allegations.
