Son, 26, held in ma slay

A LONG ISLAND man was arrested after fatally stabbing his mother during a family fracas inside their suburban home, police said.

Christopher Storm Harrison, 26, (above) was charged with second-degree murder in the Friday night fight that left Joyce Skarka dead inside the residence in Center Moriches, L.I., cops said.

The 53-year-old Skarka was dead inside the twostory home when cops arrived at 9:41 p.m. Friday. Harrison was taken into custody by Suffolk County homicide detectives and jailed pending a Sunday arraignment.

Police provided no additional details about the domestic dispute in the home shared by the suspect and his mother.

A neighbor said mother and son moved into the small Suffolk County home two years ago and kept a low profile in the neighborhood.

“I don’t think I ever saw them,” one neighbor told the Daily News. “I never saw the mother or the son.”
