RYAN SEACREST denies acting inappropriately toward a stylist while he was working for E! after an unidentified woman accused him of misconduct. The TV host issued a statement Friday about the allegations even though the woman has yet to go public.

The woman n reportedly asked for a substantial amount of money in exchange for her silence, but Seacrest and his lawyers refused the offer.

“Recently, someone that worked as a wardrobe stylist for me nearly a decade ago o at E! News came forward with a complaint suggesting I behaved inappropriately toward her,” Seacrest said. “If I made her feel anything but respected, I am truly sorry. I dispute these reckless allegations and I plan to cooperate with any corporate inquiries that may result.” E! News is investigating the matter with Seacrest’s cooperation.
