All the managerial candidates are believed to have done well in their interviews, but the process of selecting Joe Girardi’s successor will likely be put on hold until after the Thanksgiving holiday concludes. There is a possibility that several more candidates will be interviewed behind the five (Rob Thomson, Eric Wedge, Hensley Meulens, Aaron Boone and Chris Woodward) who have already met with Cashman.
