No arrest for UN rep who hit wife

A UNITED Nations diplomat avoided arrest after he slugged his wife in the face during an early morning fight in Brooklyn, police sources said.

Sehon Marshall, 46, (above) got into an argument with his 36-year-old wife at their home on E. 92nd St. by Avenue N in Canarsie around 1:15 a.m., according to sources.

Cops saw his wife’s lip split open and her finger swollen when they arrived at the house, sources said.

Marshall, who works for the Permanent Mission of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and has diplomatic immunity from prosecutio­n, was not arrested, the sources said.

His wife refused medical attention.

The mission did not immediatel­y respond to a request for comment.

The diplomat said he wasn’t aware that a police report had been filed and declined to comment Friday afternoon.
