Oasis singer Liam Gallagher (photo) dropped by Rudy’s Bar in Hell’s Kitchen on Monday, where he ran into man about town and former Siberia Bar owner Tracy Westmoreland. Westmoreland chatted up the “Champagne Supernova” singer and describes his entourage to us as “sort of a blend of Spinal Tap and ‘Star Wars,’ but in the nicest possible way.” Gallagher was fresh off his performance at Terminal 5.
