AN NYPD SCHOOL safety agent got herself into a stinky situation after she tossed a rival mom into the trash outside an East Harlem preschool Thursday, cops said.

Kimberly Jones, 48, was off-duty when she squared off with the victim on E. 102nd St. near First Ave. Thursday, police said.

Jones and the other mom have children who attend the same school. Their argument quickly escalated and Jones knocked the woman into a pile of garbage bags on the ground, police said.

She was busted at about 1:50 p.m. and charged with assault, police said. A TEACHER was found dead of an apparent overdose in a Bronx public school Thursday night, police sources said.

The 36-year-old man, whose name has not been released, was in a locked bathroom of Public School X811, a special education school on Longfellow Ave. near Jennings St., just before 6:10 p.m., sources said.

The teacher may have been dead for a few hours, since he was last seen at the end of the school day, sources said.

A staff member found him after forcing open the bathroom door, sources said. Police found drug paraphernalia near the teacher, including a glassine envelope with an unknown substance inside, sources said.

“This is deeply saddening and my heart goes out to the teacher’s family and the school community,” city schools Chancellor Carmen Fariña said.
