STEELERS at BENGALS

Mon., 8:30 p.m. ESPN, Steelers by 5, 43½

HANK’S HONEYS: We are going to apply the rule that the Steelers always play down to their opposition (see last week vs. the Packers). Besides, the Bengals are coming off two straight wins and at least have a bit of momentum as they try to get back into the AFC wild card picture. This is their season and it comes against their biggest rival in prime time. Pittsburgh defense looks vulnerable and with Andy Dalton and A.J. Green clicking lately, Bengals should do enough to at least stay in the game. The Steelers are an amazing 15-2 SU in Cincy, including playoffs, since 2001 but would have covered this spread in only three of those games. Bottom line on the line: just can’t lay this many points. IF I WERE A BETTING MAN: Bengals and the under.
