DESPITE Brian Cashman putting together what Yankees president Randy Levine called “an incredible presentation” for the CAA representatives of Shohei Otani, the Japanese two-way star told the most famous baseball franchise “Bah humbug” instead.

“It was kind of surprising, but I’m a great believer that if somebody doesn’t want to play here, then it’s better that he doesn’t play here,” Levine said Tuesday at Yankee Stadium, where he presided over the New Era Pinstripe Bowl
