HANK’S HONEYS: Eagles stayed on west coast after drubbing by Seahawks. Do they return with a second straight loss or return to dominance? Both teams have been great against the number. Philly had won eight straight ATS until last week and the Rams are 6-1 ATS in last seven, losing only in Minny. Eagles should be able to exploit Rams’ run defense, 27th in league at 124 yards allowed per game. But Russell Wilson was able to take advantage of Eagles’ secondary last week and with solid blocking from his O-line, Jared Goff can do same.
