A CRAZED TEEN who allegedly slammed into a jogger in Prospect Park with a stolen car had just begun his rein of terror, the Daily News has learned.

Michael Gitelis, 18, stole the Hyundai Sonata in Camden, N.J., early Thursday. He drove into the Brooklyn park and slammed into a 51-year-old woman who was jogging along the East Drive about 5 a.m. She suffered broken bones and cuts.

“I can’t believe what he’s done,” said the woman’s brother. “I hope he burns in hell.”

The victim was still in critical condition late Friday at Maimonides Medical Center.

Gitelis abandoned the car and stole a second car on E. 23rd St. near Avenue J, sources said. Cops later pulled him over. Gitelis threw the car into reverse and slammed into their police cruiser.

Gitelis then knocked a 61-year-old woman to the ground and jumped into her 2018 Toyota Camry, cops said. He threw the car into reverse and ran her over, fracturing her knee and cutting her right hand, arm and leg. Cops tracked him via the woman’s iPhone which was still in her car and he was arrested.

He was charged with robbery, assault, auto theft, grand larceny and leaving the scene of a crash.
