Teen is knifed by woman in subway

- Rikki Reyna and John Annese

A WOMAN stabbed a teenager in his stomach on a Penn Station subway platform Sunday — then hopped into a subway car and disappeared, cops said.

The 18-year-old victim knew his attacker, a woman in her 20s, according to cops.

The two were standing on the uptown train platform just before 6:30 p.m., cops said, when she jabbed something sharp into his stomach, then boarded a northbound No. 2 and escaped, police said.

Medics took the teen to Bellevue Hospital with a nonlifethreatening wound.

The attack left blood spattered on the platform near three bags, a jacket and dice.

“There was a lot of people standing over there, and then you heard them all screaming and yelling,” said a homeless man sitting across from the platform.

He didn’t see the stabbing itself, “but it looked like a lot of people were fighting,” said the man, who did not give his name.
