Nolte drew the attention of passersby in Malibu for his looks and his behavior (above). The 76-year-old actor, looking a bit disheveled, climbed part way up a metal fence overlooking a cliff. Nolte has a treehouse on his nearby 2½-acre estate, wandering distance from where he was spotted doing a little sightseeing on Wednesday.
