Predator’s wife may get $12M in split

HARVEY WEINSTEIN’S predatory behavior could end up costing him more than just his reputation.

The disgraced exec’s estranged wife, Georgina Chapman, stands to walk away from their 10-year marriage with nearly $12 million, thanks to a solid prenuptial agreement, TMZ reported Tuesday.

Chapman, 41, announced shortly after sexual misconduct allegations against Weinstein broke in October that she was leaving the producer, but their marriage officially hit the decade milestone last week.

When Weinstein, 65, wed the fashion designer in 2007, their prenup stated that Chapman would get $400,000 for each year of marriage should they stay together at least 10 years, according to the website.

Had they divorced before their 10th anniversary, she would have received $300,000 for each year.

The rest of the money comes from her chunk of marital assets — for their first five years of marriage, she will receive $250,000 per year, for the rest, $700,000 — and a housing allowance, TMZ writes.

The prenup also reportedly has a gag order in place — neither Weinstein nor Chapman can publish diaries or letters revealing personal information, and neither can take their story to the screen, be it through interviews, movies or TV deals.

Chapman, who has two children with Weinstein, has yet to officially file for divorce but has allegedly hired a New York divorce attorney.

“She doesn’t want to be married to Harvey. She wants a divorce. It’s just not anything that she is rushing,” a source told People last month.

Weinstein will also be left out of holiday celebrations this year, as Chapman heads back to her native London with their two kids, according to Us Weekly.

The Marchesa co-founder said she was calling it quits with Weinstein on Oct. 10.

“My heart breaks for all the women who have suffered tremendous pain because of these unforgivable actions,” she said. One day later, Weinstein said in a statement that he “encouraged her to do what was in her heart” and she chose to separate.

Weinstein’s fall from grace has included allegations of sexual assault, rape and sexual harassment from more than 100 women, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Ashley Judd, Rose McGowan and Lupita Nyong’o.

Actress Salma Hayek alleged last week that he relentlessly harassed and emotionally abused her on the set of “Frida.”

Hayek said he demanded she shower with him and give him a massage, among other things.

Weinstein has denied all allegations, saying any acts were consensual.
