Rap for tix-rage murder threat
A HOTHEADED motorist was indicted Thursday for attacking and threatening to kill an NYPD traffic agent in Brooklyn.
Agent Yvette Scott noticed a double-parked car near Flatbush and Church Aves. in Flatbush was causing a traffic jam on Nov. 1, and started to write a $115 ticket, authorities said.
Kelvonne Williams, 23, came out of a nightclub and insisted he would move the car, but didn’t budge.
When Scott returned, she gave Williams a ticket and he attacked her, while grabbing at her waistband in search of a gun she didn’t have, prosecutors said.
Williams’s attorney Chris Perks entered a not guilty plea on his behalf in court on Thursday.
