Fiery wreck kills teenager
The distraught Fabien said she knew very little about accused drunken driver Joseph.
“I’ve heard of him, but I don’t know him personally,” Fabien said of the driver. “I can’t say I have hate or anger.”
The mom then held up a recent picture of a smiling Shareef, his gift to her still wrapped around her left wrist.
“That’s my heart,” she said of the crash victim. “I’m trying to cope. But all I feel right now is emptiness.”
