Cheeky Kremlin: Stop elex messing

State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert, Secretary of State Tillerson spoke to Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov on Tuesday about a host of issues, but Russia’s election did not come up. The pair discussed North Korea, Syria, and Tillerson voiced concern about “rising violence in eastern Ukraine,” the wartorn former Soviet republic where Russian-backed rebels swapped hundreds of prisoners with local forces on Wednesday.
