WASHINGTON at GIANTS

HANK’S HONEYS: Washington, as it stands, is the better team and the Giants the bigger mess. The two teams may have nothing to play for but Kirk Cousins does. He’ll be seeing dollar signs in the Giants’ secondary. It’s a huge mismatch back there. Cousins needs three TD passes to get to 30 for the season while the Giants rank fifth worst in both opposing passer rating and passing yards allowed. Meanwhile, Eli Manning faces a defense that sacked him four times and held him to a 44.2 passer rating. Plus, it means at least something to the Washingtonians to finish .500 with all of their injuries. It would be just like the Giants to win and slip to No. 3 in the draft. We just don’t think they’re up to it.
