L.A. pursuing 2 raps vs. Harvey

THE LOS ANGELES County district attorney’s office is looking into two police investigations of Harvey Weinstein.

The Beverly Hills Police Department referred the cases to the district attorney, although it’s unclear what the specific allegations are.

More than 100 women, including actresses Ashley Judd, Rose McGowan, Lupita Nyong’o and Angelina Jolie, have accused Weinstein of sexual harassment and assault.

Gloria Allred, who represents a woman who claims Weinstein raped her in 2016, called the investigation a “positive sign,” but wouldn’t confirm her client’s case is under review.

Weinstein has denied all allegations of nonconsensual sex.
