Awards date was ‘fake,’ too

- Terence Cullen

PRESIDENT TRUMP is delaying his so-called “Fake News Awards” until Jan. 17, he tweeted Sunday.

“The interest in, and importance of, these awards is far greater than anyone could have anticipated!” Trump tweeted.

The commander-inchief tweeted last week they’d be given out Monday and “cover Dishonesty & Bad Reporting in various categories from the Fake News Media” as part of his continuing war against coverage that fails to praise him.

The White House hasn’t given much indication if the awards will actually happen.
