IT WAS A case of love for sale.

Cops took down a bottle club doubling as a brothel run by a guy who calls himself “Freaky Freddie” in the Bronx on Valentine’s Day, records show.

The club advertised itself as “FDR Studios,” and claimed “Party space available for rent.”

The flyer included a picture of a child blowing out birthday candles.

Vice cops sent an undercover officer into the joint in a second-floor apartment on Third Ave. near E. 147th St. in the South Bronx on the romantic holiday.

A bartender was selling beer and hard liquor to about 60 people. And women in various states of undress hung around, flashing their breasts at potential customers, records show.

An informant used by the cops told them that he had sex with a woman in one of those rooms for $60, records show. The same informant later arranged to have sex with another woman for $80.

Vice cops arrested seven men on charges of promoting prostitution.

Cary London, a lawyer for one of the men, Frederick Marshall,42, said his client was attending a party.

“If we’re going to start being held accountable for the actions of others at a party we go to, then we’re going to have to start building a lot more jails in this city. Maybe that’s what de Blasio wants!”
