Foxx shuns questions on Holmes

DON’T TRY asking Jamie Foxx about girlfriend Katie Holmes.

The 50-year-old actor walked out of an interview with ESPN SportsCenter’s Michael Smith before playing in the NBA celebrity All-Star Game on Friday night after being asked about Holmes.

“Did you and Katie Holmes play basketball for Valentine’s Day?” Smith asked, referring to paparazzi photos showing Foxx and Holmes, 39, shooting hoops together.

The question prompted Foxx to remove his headphones and microphone and walk away from the interview. He did, however, sport a small grin when asked about Holmes.

“Uh-oh, did we lose him?” Smith said as Foxx went to stretch on the court. “Oh, he ready to go, he ready to hoop.”

Foxx and Holmes have notoriously kept their relationship private.

“Jamie and Katie’s relationship is not a secret but they both like to keep it under the radar,” a Foxx source told People.

“They have nothing to hide but Jamie, especially, is very low-key about his life in general, and rarely talks about it.”

The couple was first spotted romantically together dancing at an event in the Hamptons in 2013.

Holmes was previously married to Tom Cruise for six years, and they share a daughter, Suri, 11. Foxx has two daughters Corinne, 24, and Annalise, 9.
