A PERVY rabbi accused of molesting an 11-year-old girl for a year has been placed on paid leave from the Queens yeshiva where he taught for more than 30 years while prosecutors investigate the claim, the Daily News has learned.

Rabbi Yisroel Kleinman, who also goes by the name Stanley Kleinman, taught fifth-grade Jewish studies at Yeshiva Darchei Torah in Far Rockaway for three decades until he was arrested in December for the sexual abuse of the child.

The trusted teacher is alleged to have fondled the child’s breast and crotch, inserting his finger inside her on multiple occasions between September 2016 and September 2017, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office.

A source familiar with the case said the girl told her therapist about the abuse and then reported the allegations to the police.

It was unclear if his suspension was effective immediately after he was arrested.

“He’s an excellent teacher,” said Yakov Bender, dean of the yeshiva where Kleinman taught.

“He’s very well-liked,” he added, noting the school has never received a sexual harassment or abuse complaint against Kleinman prior to this.

Kleinman posted $10,000 bond after his arraignment and is expected back in court in August as prosecutors continue to investigate. He refused to comment when contacted by The News.
