Wants ‘more damage’ for train creep

TIFFANY JACKSON thinks two stab wounds are a good start when it comes to serial subway sex fiend Reggie Frank.

The Brooklyn woman, who shot photos of Frank masturbating on a No. 3 train in September 2015, praised his latest victim for fighting back — and actually jabbing the pervert twice with his own switchblade.

“She’s so much braver and stronger than me,” Jackson told the Daily News after the Friday fracas aboard the R train. “I’m in awe, I’m so grateful she wasn’t hurt. To be frank, I kind of wish she had done more damage.”

Frank (bottom photo) was stabbed in the chest and arm after first exposing himself to the 42-yearold female straphanger — and then going after her with a blast of pepper spray and the knife when she screamed.

Jackson (top photo), 35, was deeply disturbed to learn the mass transit masturbator was still riding the rails instead of sitting inside a jail cell.

“It’s completely frightening that he’s still on the streets and still doing things on different trains,” she said Saturday.

This time, a sleeping straphanger awoke around 2 a.m. to find Frank masturbating in front of her on the train.

He went after her with the pepper spray and knife, starting a fight that spilled onto the platform when the train stopped at the 36th St. station in Sunset Park. Frank was stabbed twice, and the woman needed 15 stiches to close cuts on her hands.

Jackson recalled that Frank — whose rap sheet includes more than 20 arrests, including several for public masturbation — spent just 90 days behind bars in her case.

“I hope he goes to prison for far longer than that,” she said. “The fact that he’s becoming violent is scary . . . . You’re upping the ante bringing a knife and the pepper spray. He was preparing to do this again.”
