Subway perv says: I’m the victim here!

THERE’S something off about this jerk.

A serial subway masturbator accused of attempting to stab a woman after pleasuring himself on the R train claimed Sunday in a jailhouse interview that he was actually the victim in the attack.

Sporting bandages on his left hand, bicep and right side, Reggie Frank presented a starkly different version of the gross, bloody confrontation as the train pulled into the 36th St. station in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

“I didn’t put my hands on her,” Frank, 47, said at the Brooklyn Detention Complex.

Police say the 42-year-old victim woke up on the subway about 2 a.m. on Friday and saw Frank masturbating.

She screamed and he blasted her with pepper spray, cops say. He then allegedly lunged at her with a knife.

During the scuffle, the woman was able to grab Frank’s knife and stab him, authorities say.

But Frank claimed that account isn’t right.

“We tussled, she stabbed me three times. You’re telling me she stabbed me three times with my own knife and she didn’t have a scratch?” he said.

The victim actually suffered cuts to her hands that required 15 stitches.

Frank has been arrested more than 20 times. He pleaded guilty in 2006 to masturbating on the platform at the President St., Brooklyn, 2/5 train station. Police found a knife in his pocket following that incident.

But Frank insisted he wasn’t carrying a blade in the latest encounter.

“She wakes up and she calls me motherf---er and asks me what I’m looking at,” Frank recalled.

“I tell her I’m on the train minding my own business and I can look wherever I want.”

He admitted to blasting the victim with pepper spray, but said it had little effect.

“I bit her. I bit her hand. I know because I had some skin in my teeth,” he said.

“I was trying to grab the knife away.”

Two bystanders on the train intervened, and Frank said he disembarked at 36th St., placing the knife on the platform.

He suspected a track worker saw him on the platform with the blade at his feet, raising suspicion.

He faces 10 charges, including public lewdness, assault and attempted sexual abuse.

A relative of the victim said she did not want to comment.

“She feels like she’s not able to do that right now,” the relative said.

Among Frank’s many arrests are two within three weeks in 2015 for masturbating in front of women on the subway.

In a bizarre 2006 incident, a witness to his self-love fell to the tracks “in a state of uncontrollable laughter (and) suffered a fractured skull,” according to a complaint.

Frank acknowledged his long rap sheet.

“Some of those things are true and some are what’s on the record,” he admitted.

As for the witness who fell on the tracks, he recalled a different version of events.

“I did save a guy once,” he said, before launching into a story about pulling a person from the subway tracks.
