RISE TO THE OCCASION

Skating sensation Adam Rippon went from the ice rinks of South Korea to the tundra of New York City, braving this week’s storm to hit up the premiere of hot new NBC series “Rise.” Rippon posed on the red carpet with Rosie Perez (photo) and Josh Radnor, then headed to the new hot spot Legacy Records. The series premiere, about a high-school troupe staging a production of “Spring Awakening,” also drew “Spring Awakening” creators Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater.
