Ma, they shot

A BROOKLYN man shot outside his apartment early Saturday collapsed in his mother’s arms before dying.

“He said, ‘Mom, they shot me. I’m dead,’ ” said Daressalaa­m Mosley, the devastated mother of victim O’Neal Mosley. “He fell on the floor and I was kissing my son, doing CPR.”

Mosley, 24, was blasted in the torso and leg in front of the Armstrong Houses on Clifton Place near Nostrand Ave. in Bedford-Stuyvesant about 3:40 a.m.

“I heard three (shots), and then I heard someone scream, ‘Why do you have a gun?’ and then they just ran off,” said neighbor Karema Rincon, 17. “I didn’t dare to look outside because if they were to see me then something could have happened.”

Mosley’s mother also heard the shots from the family’s ground-floor home — and immediatel­y reached for her apartment door that opens onto the street knowing her son was still outside.

“My (other son) said, ‘Don’t open the door!’ I said, ‘My son is out there!’ ” the grief-stricken mom remembered.

When she threw open the door she found her son outside bleeding from his midsection.

“I’m trying to find the bullet hole but it was in his stomach,” she added, struggling to fight back tears as she clutched family members for support. “I was hugging
