PIE DETECTOR!

IG model: OBJ didn’t do drugs, was ‘holding pizza’

- BY ARI GILBERG

The mystery woman who appeared alongside Odell Beckham in the viral video that blew up the internet Friday exclusively told the New York Daily News that the star receiver did not take any drugs, but refused to comment on whether drugs were present in the room.

Laura Cuenca, an aspiring French model, told The News on Saturday that despite the suspicious nature of the video, Beckham did not partake in any illegal substances.

“No. He did not take any drugs!” an adamant Cuenca — who was first identified by Black Sports Online — wrote in her native French during a private exchange on Instagram.

When asked if there were any drugs present in the room, however, Cuenca chose not to respond.

In the video, Beckham is seen holding what looks like a thick brown cigarette in his left hand. The camera then quickly pans to a woman sitting next to him holding what appears to be a credit card in front of a powdery white substance.

Cuenca did not confirm or deny when asked directly if the white substance was cocaine.

When asked to clarify what exactly Beckham is holding, Cuenca told The News it was “a piece of pizza.”

A box of pepperoni pizza can be seen in front of Beckham on the bed.

Cuenca said she has been contacted from someone within the Giants organization since the video was published but did not elaborate further on the specifics of the conversation.

The Giants acknowledged to the Daily News that they are aware of the video but did not have any comment beyond that. Beckham’s agent had not responded to a request for comment as of late Friday night.

In the brief clip, the 25-year-old Beckham is heard talking to Cuenca about “trying to get you to sleep with...” before the video cuts out.

Cuenca said she met Beckham at Le Queen nightclub in Paris, France. It’s unclear how long Beckham’s trip to Paris lasted.

Beckham has not posted to Twitter or Instagram since the video was released.

OBJ’S WING MAN CUT

The Giants on Saturday cut punter Brad Wing, a close friend and former LSU teammate of Odell Beckham Jr., who also shares an agent with the star receiver.

The agent, Zeke Sandhu of Elite Athlete Management, is in the middle of negotiations with the Giants on a contract extension for OBJ.

The move saves the Giants just over $1 million against the salary cap, per overthecap.com.

Wing, 27, had two years remaining on his four-year contract with the Giants, who originally acquired him in a September 2015 trade from Pittsburgh.

Wing had a strong 2016 season but struggled terribly last year, with short punts in the clutch against the Eagles and Buccaneers in Weeks 3 and 4, respectively, that contributed to losses that buried the team to an 0-5 start.

His 36.7-yard net average ranked last in the NFL among eligible punters, while his gross average of 44.1 yards tied for 24th, and he had two punts blocked for the first time in his career.

With Wing gone, punter/kicker Austin Rehkow, a former University of Idaho standout and Buffalo Bill, is now the ranking punter in the building. —Leonard
