Tub-death figure cuffed again in domestic abuse

NICK GORDON, the former boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown, was arrested on domestic violence charges in Florida Saturday for the second time in a year.

Gordon, 29, was arrested by the Seminole County sheriff’s office on one domestic violence charge of “battery — touch or strike,” online records show.

He posted a $500 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court April 6.

According to an arrest report obtained by The Blast, Gordon (right, with Bobbi Kristina Brown, and, far right, in weekend mug shot) told cops that his “crazy” girlfriend Laura Leal “attacked him for no reason.”

Gordon reportedly told police he wanted her out of his house after she ripped his shirt, threw a bottle at him and, amid the chaos, cut his thumb.

But cops who spoke to Leal said they noticed she had a “visible injury to include slightly swollen bottom lip with dried blood.”

She told police she had picked up her boyfriend from a bar, and that he struck her face several times and pulled her hair as she drove, telling her that he “should make her wreck the vehicle.”

Leal refused to press charges against Gordon, but he was arrested based on the visible evidence, according to the report.

The arrest comes nine months after Gordon was busted for allegedly beating Leal in a jealous rage.

According to a police report, Gordon hit and punched his live-in girlfriend in the face and the back of the head with a closed fist after accusing her of trying to hook up with one of his friends, according to a police report.

The domestic battery and kidnapping charges were dropped in August after Leal became uncooperative.

Gordon was ordered in 2016 to pay $36 million to Brown’s estate in 2016 months after being found legally responsible for the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, Whitney Houston’s daughter.

The only daughter of Houston and singer Bobby Brown died in 2015 at age 22 six months after she was found facedown and unresponsive in a bathtub in her suburban Atlanta home.

An autopsy revealed a mix of drugs in her system that Brown’s family pinned on Gordon, claiming he fed her a “toxic cocktail” and placed her in the tub.

“Domestic violence killed my daughter and on March, 4, 2018, the Bobbi Kristina Brown Serenity House held our first event to strike back at domestic violence,” Bobby Brown said Sunday. “I do not want to see any more families destroyed at the hands of domestic violence, and I do not want any more women to suffer like my daughter did.”
