Gang beats, robs Bx. man

A GANG OF FIVE men and a woman jumped a 70-year-old man inside his Bronx building during a brutal robbery earlier this month, leaving him with critical injuries.

Cops on Saturday released surveillance images (below) of the group responsible for the March 7 attack.

The victim was in the hallway of his building near Beach Ave. and Archer St. in Parkchester when the suspects ran in and began punching and kicking him, cops said. At least one of them struck the man with a metal object as they stole an unknown amount of property from the man’s apartment. Medics found the victim bleeding in the hallway and rushed him to an area hospital with critical injuries to his head and face. Cops are asking anyone with information regarding this attack to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
