Pryor receives Green deal

- BY MANISH MEHTA

The Jets added a veteran vertical threat to bolster their aerial attack by agreeing to terms with wide receiver Terrelle Pryor on Thursday night, according to a source.

Pryor, who had 20 receptions for 240 yards for Washington last season, will be reunited with former Cleveland QB Josh McCown. Pryor, who will turn 29 this summer, had 77 catches for 1,007 yards and four touchdowns for the Browns in 2016.

The Jets brought in several veteran receivers for free-agent visits, including Charles Johnson and Allen Hurns, before adding Pryor.

The 6-6, 240 Pryor, who was a former college quarterback, has also played for the Raiders.

He will provide a necessary deep threat if Robby Anderson, entangled in legal issues, misses time this season due to suspension.
