Playmate: I did OK in interview

KAREN MCDOUGAL gave herself mixed reviews for her shocking CNN interview detailing an alleged 2006 romance with Donald Trump, then flew home to celebrate her 47th birthday with friends in Arizona, sources told the Daily News.

On Thursday, the former Playboy Playmate sat down with Anderson Cooper at 6 Columbus Hotel and poured her heart out in a detailed account of what she says was a 10-month fling with the President.

His reps have denied the affair.

McDougal said in the interview that she and Trump had been in love — and that she now deeply regrets helping him cheat on his wife.

When cameras stopped rolling, she was asked how she felt about the confession­al.

“Well, aside from the fact I have a headache and a cold — I’m my own worst critic — I think I came across as credible,” she said, according to a source. “But I’m not an attorney.”

One member of the production crew asked McDougal if she’d met porn star Stormy Daniels, who also claims she had an affair with the President during the same time period. McDougal said that she has not, nor does she plan to. THIS COULD result stormy disc-overy.

The attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels tweeted a picture of a mysterious DVD along with a suspensefu­l caption late Thursday. “If ‘a picture is worth a thousand words,’ how many words is this worth ????? ” lawyer Michael Avenatti wrote.

He declined to comment when reached by the Daily News on Friday, but later told CNN the disc contains “evidence” substantia­ting his client’s alleged sexual relationsh­ip with Donald Trump.

The world might find out what’s on the disc Sunday, when Daniels’ prerecorde­d “60 Minutes” interview is set to air.
