Squatter fire rap

A SQUATTER has been charged with criminally negligent homicide after his girlfriend died in a fire in a vacant Staten Island house, prosecutors said Tuesday.

Oscar Quevedo, 35, lit wood to stay warm in a house on Morningstar Road March 19, prosecutors said. The flames killed Eden Wilson Decroti, 28.
