AN ANGRY Brooklyn mom charges that her honor roll daughter was handcuffed to a police precinct pole for seven hours after cops wrongfully busted the ailing teen as she left school.

Lelani Pacific-Jack, 15, received permission from her mother to head home early on March 20 after experiencing painful menstrual cramps at Midwood High School, the mom told the Daily News.

The girl instead wound up at the 70th Precinct stationhouse despite the mother’s insistence in a phone call with police that Lelani had parental approval to leave school.

“There was no reason for them to hold my daughter for six hours and forty-five minutes handcuffed to a pole,” said mother Danielle Pacific, 38, of Mill Basin.

“They cannot get away with this, it’s unacceptable behavior,” the mom continued. “I hope to bring exposure to this behavior . . . . If they are treating minors like this, then how are they treating adults?”

The NYPD told a far different tale, insisting Lelani was with several other students who were cutting school and all were taken into custody at 11:45 a.m. after school officials said they were not supposed to leave school grounds.

“We had confirmed that she was not dismissed from school,” an NYPD spokesman said.

Lelani was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct after screaming, swearing and swinging at the officers, a police source said.

Danielle Pacific encouraged her daughter’s outrage, repeatedly telling the teen not to get inside the NYPD van, the source added.

A spokeswoman from the Department of Education, citing student privacy laws, declined to comment on the disparate versions.

Lelani was placed on probation days later without going before a judge, according to a court source. HE’S NO boy scout.

A cruel bandit pretended to help an elderly man on a Manhattan street — right before he robbed him.

Surveillance video caught the crook (photo) creeping behind the 70-year-old victim on Park Ave. South near E. 24th St. around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, and digging into the man’s pocket.

The mugger swiftly kicked the victim’s cane out from under him and the septuagenarian tumbled to the ground, along with his wallet.

The thief then pretended to be a good Samaritan and helped the victim to his feet. Seconds later, he swiped $15 from the victim’s wallet.
