THERE’S NO him.

Cops have arrested a 22-year-old graffiti vandal accused of turning Hell’s Kitchen into a canvas for his tag “Saev,” authorities said Saturday.

Cristian Veas, of Queens, was nabbed about 10:40 p.m. Thursday after NYPD Officer Christopher Mallette spotted him allegedly scrawling “Saev” — the suspect’s last name spelled backward — on an NYC Saev-ing Wi-Fi hotspot on 10th Ave. and W. 52nd St.

Mallette soon realized that Veas was wanted for 21 similar acts of vandalism, all in Hell’s Kitchen roughly between W.50th and W. 55th St. and Seventh and 10th Aves.

Police charged Veas with multiple counts of criminal mischief and making graffiti. A Manhattan Criminal Court judge ordered him held on $1,000 bond.
