Ice cream man: Have sex to see kid

THE MULTI-MILLIONAIRE heir to an ice cream fortune is tormenting his estranged wife by insisting she have sex with him before being allowed to visit their son, a new lawsuit charges.

Susanne Gold, 45, says David Smith, 52, hasn’t allowed her to see their 11-year-old son since October, when she started to refuse her husband’s demands, she says in a suit filed Tuesday in Nassau County Supreme Court.

Smith, of Roslyn, L.I., is a venture capitalist whose father was the CEO of CoolBrands, which made Eskimo Pie and Chipwich.
