Aide’s PR comeback

KAREN HINTON, Mayor de Blasio’s former press secretary, is starting her own public relations company.

Hinton left City Hall in mid-2016 and was chief strategy officer at Fenton Communications. She recently returned to work after suffering a traumatic brain injury.

Hinton, who worked for Gov. Cuomo when he was the federal housing secretary, plans to focus on affordable housing, low-income communities and offshore wind development.
