FORMER “Silicon Valley” star T.J. Miller was busted by the FBI for calling in a fake bomb threat on an Amtrak train, authorities said Tuesday.

A special task force composed of NYPD, Port Authority police and the FBI grabbed Miller, 36, at LaGuardia Airport as he returned from a comedy gig in Canada, officials said.

He was taken to federal court in New Haven, Conn., for allegedly making a bogus bomb threat involving a woman with whom he’d been arguing on the train.

He was released on $100,000 bail Tuesday morning. According to authorities, Miller called 911 the night of March 18, telling a dispatcher that he was on an Amtrak train heading from Washington to Penn Station in Manhattan — and that a woman passenger with brown hair and wearing a scarf “has a bomb in her bag.”

By the time Amtrak had received notice of the call from Miller — who got off in New York — the train had gone on to Connecticut, and was stopped at Westport. Passengers were ordered off the train as it was searched. No bomb was found.

During a followup investigation, federal detectives said Miller (right), in a phone interview, changed his story, claiming the woman had red hair and a red scarf and that she was carrying a “black bag carry-on suitcase with a handle,” according to court documents. Miller also claimed he noticed the woman because “she kept checking her bag without taking anything out” and asked an attendant when the next stop was, the documents said. She appeared to want to get off the train and leave her bag behind, Miller told the investigator, court records show. The investigator asked Miller if he’d been drinking or suffered from a mental illness. Miller replied he’d had a glass of red wine.

“This is the first time I’ve ever made a call like this before,” he told federal detectives, according to court documents. “I am worried for everyone on that train. Someone has to check that lady out.”

The FBI found out, however, Miller had been on a different Amtrak train than the one he reported on.

An attendant on Miller’s train alleged the comedian was drunk and had “consumed multiple drinks” during the trip.

He’d also been involved in several hostile exchanges with a woman sitting in a different row in the first class compartment, officials said.

The feds also interviewed the woman, officials said.
