Bieber’s punch is no crime

THE BIEBS is off the hook.

Justin Bieber will not face criminal charges for allegedly throwing a punch at a man who was assaulting a woman at a party because he doesn’t want to press charges against the singer, according to TMZ.

The site reported Bieber played hero Saturday night at a Coachella music festival bash in Indio, Calif., when he stepped in after he saw a man grab a woman by the throat and refuse to let go.

Police were were unable to find witnesses to corroborate the man’s claim that Bieber punched him.

The Palm Springs Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment, nor did a rep for Bieber.
