ESPN draft analyst Todd McShay, meanwhile, committed hard to the Giants taking Barkley at two.

“There are important people in (the Giants’) building that believe in Saquon Barkley,” McShay said in a conference call. “It just feels to me like it’s inevitable that Saquon Barkley is going to be a New York Giant.

Barkley was born in the Bronx. His father is a Jets fan. Barkley was photographed wearing a brand-new Giants hoodie to a recent haircut, and many blew it off as just a coincidence. But maybe it wasn’t. Maybe it’s what he plans on wearing soon every day to work.
