SPEEDY GSELLMAN

Robert Gsellman not only pitched two scoreless innings, but he scored the game-winning run from second.

“I am the fastest pitcher,” Gsellman said with a laugh, adding that he was definitely faster than Noah Syndergaard.

Syndergaard, who said he was disappointed that he has yet to dominate this season, joked he would send Gsellman to his room later to think about what he said.
