Shake off yer Swift fixation, stalker is told

-

A MANHATTAN judge warned a serial stalker to never, ever, ever go near Taylor Swift’s house again.

Judge Herbert Moses issued a new order of protection against Roger Alvarado, who broke into Swift’s SoHo townhouse Friday for the second time.

Prosecutors say Alvarado, after using a ladder to enter the empty home, took a shower and passed out on a couch.

Cops and Swift’s (above left) security team walked in on the sleepy stalker a few hours later.

He was charged with stalking, burglary, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

Alvarado (above right) already had an order of protection in place following his Feb. 13 arrest for throwing a shovel through the pop star’s front door.

The suspect blew off a March 27 hearing for that arrest.

“His behavior shows no regard for the court order and the criminal justice system,” the prosecutor said, requesting a $75,000 bail.

Moses ordered Alvarado held on a $50,000 bond.
