Society publicist (above) announced at a book party for

bio of designer Charles James that he would donate documentary footage and 200 erotic and fashion sketches by the legendary fashionista to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Klein’s book is based in part on 40 hours of recorded interviews that James, who died in 1978, did with Hay. They include juice gossip about film star Marlene Dietrich, cosmetics queen Elizabeth Arden and stripper Gypsy Rose Lee.
