Rites for WWII G.I.
A BRONX soldier who died in a Japanese prisoner of war camp during World War II was buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
The burial for Army Pvt. Raymond Sinowitz took placeMonday afternoon.
The Pentagon said last week his remains had been identified and returned to his family for burial with full military honors.
The 25-year-old Sinowitz was among thousands of American servicemen taken prisoner in 1942. He died that September. His remains were exhumed last year and identified through DNA analysis.
