INJURY UPDATES

Catcher Kevin Plawecki (fractured bone in his hand) is still wearing a brace to try to promote the healing of the bone. Plawecki has worn a glove over the brace to play catch, but he was still experiencing some discomfort when he squeezes.

The Mets initial time frame was for him to miss three to four weeks, but Callaway said they do not have a clear idea of when he will be back.
